This is the first post on the new blog. The point is not to launch with a finished manifesto, but to get a place on the web that is actually usable.

I would rather publish small, concrete things regularly than wait for the perfect structure. A blog gets better through motion, not through delay.

In practice, that means this site will contain:

• short technical notes
• experience from projects and operations
• ideas worth finding again later

What matters now is that publishing is simple and that content comes first. The rest can be adjusted over time.
